We want to pay you as much as possible for your test strips, so selling your test strips in excellent condition is best for you and for us.
The resale value of diabetic test strips decreases significantly with damage. So, we all want the test strips to arrive in perfect condition. We are able to overlook very small defects or dents (a dime size or less) when they are on just one side of your box. We still consider those boxes of diabetic strips perfect.
Of course, life happens and boxes get damaged. Consequently, we do accept damaged boxes, but we have to pay less.
We accept mildly damaged boxes of diabetic test strips at 80% of the quoted price and moderately damaged boxes at 50% of the quoted price. Our job is to be careful and fair with these price adjustments.
We take your business seriously and only reduce prices when you sell test strips when we absolutely have to. Please keep in mind we cannot return any boxes, so make sure your boxes match the descriptions below. If you have any questions, you can call us at 877 344 3170 and we can go over the standards for selling strips with you.
