• I am the rightful owner of my diabetic supplies and they were legally acquired.
• My diabetic supplies have been stored according the the manufacturers’ instructions (between 36 and 86 degrees Fahrenheit)
• My test strips do not expire for at least 3 months.
• My test strips are in their original packaging with their original factory seal intact.
• I acknowledge there may be a reduction in payment for severely dented, torn or stained boxes.
• I am aware that Test Strip Search will not send back damaged or expired boxes and that anything sent that cannot be purchased will be donated.
